BROVO - Chemical Metering Systems

Overview

SEEPEX BRAVO Chemical Metering Systems improve control and reliability in dosing process applications. These pre-engineered, chemical-feed skid systems are used in a variety of industries for disinfection, pH control, flocculation, corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers, and containment elimination. BRAVO Chemical Metering Systems are a modular and scalable solution that adapt to any layout with wall or floor mounting in simplex, duplex, or triplex pump configurations.

  • NSF/ANSI 61-certified SEEPEX progressive cavity Intelligent Metering Pumps
    • Incorporates a gear reducer and a programmable vector drive in a compact design for precise metering.
  • SEEPEX Touch controller
    • Pre-configured with a variety of control algorithms commonly associated with typical pump system operations, and can also be custom-programmed for specialized applications
  • Low shear with precision metering
    • For accurate, repeatable flow
  • Laminar flow
    • Minimal pulsation and no vapor lock – eliminate pulsation dampeners
  • Performance efficiency
    • Low slip (internal back flow) provides performance efficiency and less wear on components
  • Economical
    • By-product minimization with reduced chemical consumption and total cost of ownership for flow control systems is reduced
  • Easy maintenance
    • Simple and predictive maintenance due to minimal components
