Overview
SE/SL pumps are available in multiple versions from 1 to 30 kW/1.5 to 42 hp. These pumps can handle drainage and surface water, domestic, municipal and industrial wastewater, and process water. They are designed for water and wastewater transportation from water utility, commercial and industrial applications, and are ideal for network pumping stations and wastewater treatment plants.
The toughest wastewater applications demand a robust pump that brings together reliability, efficiency, and intelligent controls. With the SL/SE range, Grundfos answers this need and offers the industry’s best performing pumps for dry and submerged applications. Optimum wire-to-water efficiency means you benefit from low-cycle costs while enjoying the trouble-free operation of the innovative design, because today’s challenged demand pumps without compromise.
SE Model (with cooling jacket)
The SE range of submersible wastewater pumps from Grundfos feature either Grundfos S-tube® (SE1/SE2) or SuperVortex (SEV) impellers to ensure minimum clogging and maximum reliability without compromising free passage or total system efficiency. When combined with intelligent controls and high-efficiency IEC and IE3 motor components, the SE range of pumps provides an ideal solution for challenging wastewater applications. The pumps are also suitable for dry installation and do not require external motor cooling.
The SE range of wastewater pumps can be permanently installed using an auto-coupling guiderail system or with a fixed pipe connection. Their internal, closed-loop cooling system means they can be used for both submerged or dry installations. SE pumps can be used as transportable utility pumps, too.
SL Model (without cooling jacket)
The pumps feature either Grundfos S-tube® (SL1/SL2) or SuperVortex (SLV) impellers. The hydraulic design of the impeller ensures minimum clogging and maximum reliability without compromising free passage or total system efficiency. When combined with intelligent controls and high-efficiency IEC and IE3 motor components, the SL range of pumps provides an ideal solution for challenging wastewater applications.
